1 or 2 coat systems depend on the weather conditions e.g. cold/cool or sun/hot the same thickness will be applied either way.

The closest Membrane paint for a concrete look is "Husky".
The terminology is "cancer" the product may be causing this or moisture (water) may be affecting it from the ground or from the top.
We usually hammer down the affected areas and use polymer cement renders to fix the area. In order for the wall not to look patchy we usually render the entire walls again.
To enable us to provide you with a price estimate we would need you to supply the dimensions of both walls and pictures.
Rapid Rendering team do not touch the downpipes due to number of reasons as we would not like to damage anything on your property. It’s recommended that a licensed plumber attend to such works. It is a great idea to have them temporarily removed so that it allows access for the renderers to do those areas behind the downpipes. However, if you are not looking at replacing the downpipes in the future you may like to leave the downpipes there.

The average size house takes about a week to complete.

We like to ask our customers to temporarily move any décor’s off the walls, grass, bushes, nails, pot plants, shrubs and trim back any gardens and any cables, wirings hanging off the walls to allow clear access that might be in our way.
No we can’t temporarily remove air-cons mainly due to the repair fee if an air-con unit or one of the copper pipes servicing the units gets bent or damaged (same as downpipes); only licensed refrigeration mechanics are able to disconnect them. We usually work around air-con units, we can render behind them we haven’t come across one yet that we are unable to get behind.
There might be renderers out there offering to temporarily remove the downpipes, but the question to ask them do they guarantee that no damages will be made whilst removing and reinstalling them back and will they fit back on?
The common rectangular downpipes will not fit back on. The wall will be 7mm - 10mm thicker after the render. Every pipe will need to have the rivets drilled out at the wall bend, opened up, the mitre joint cut back and re-riveted back together. That’s if they can be removed as a lot of the steel ones are stuck together where they would slide apart by paint. We cannot guarantee that there will not be damages and it’s best to leave this to the licensed tradesmen who can guarantee their work?
We treat customer’s houses like our own and honestly, unless they are in need of replacing, they can neatly be rendered around without removal.
Yes we can cut the brick sills to be flush to give your home a modern look, if you haven’t asked for the brick sills to be cut please contact us to add service on the quote.
Yes, replace the windows first. Be rest assured that part of our preliminary preparations we will protect your windows with protective plastic first.
Please do not wet or hose any areas prior, during or after rendering such as stenciled driveways, concrete areas where rendering is in progress as the walls need to be dry prior, during and allowing at least 3 days after the render has been applied.
All edges, corners will be fixed with Australian manufactured quality UV stabilized 90* external PVC angles of 2.5mm using construction adhesive, liquid nails to external brick substrates (see attached PTT Brochure page 3)

The acrylic based coating is developed to provide a tough, protective, impact finish to cement renders. It is highly durable, scuff resistant, and easily cleanable. It provides a highly flexible, protective, water repellent coating with a exceptional resistance to weathering. This will complete your home / project with a *full rendering system.
Our suppliers can tint any colour you choose! Membrane paints are white base and tinted on request to the colour of your choice! To choose your colour, please choose from the Dulux range.
Choice of colour may affect the number of coats required for adequate coverage; with some darker colours it may be necessary to apply an additional 3rd coat.
*COLOUR OF YOUR CHOICE - Should you wish to choose a combination of two colours or more additional charges may apply.
It is important to understand that membrane paints are specially designed for cement renders and it is NOT a typical paint; therefore colour/s will vary when applied onto substrates when dry it is more of a matt effect. There is a clear coat available which is not included in this quote. For more information please contact our office.
We Guarantee to leave your home 100% spotless and stain free. No other renderer’s offer this because they will not take the time that we do which is to prepare & protect the area where works will be conducted.
We don’t hire unskilled or cheap Tradies. We only hire qualified tradesmen who have at least 5 years industry experience. It’s not good enough for that tradesmen are good at what they do, they must also be reliable, clean, polite, respectful and trustworthy. With us, your home will always be in professional hands.
Yes we are fully insured to ALL risks. All our tradesmen are White Card holders and are trained to Australian standards and are covered by Workplace Health & Safety and are fully capable in providing the best service to all our customers.
We are holders of PI & Public liability {$20 million} insurance and are available on request.
We offer up to *3 years extended workmanship warranty if you choose a full render system as per our suppliers specifications; our standard warranty is *12 months.
All effort is taken to assess the project and recommend the best solution for the environment and desired result. The *10 - 15 Year product warranty covers the manufacture and application process ensuring that the product is applied correctly and will not fall off. Depending on which product you choose each manufacturer have their product warranty 10 or 15 years; product warranties only apply when you choose to the *full render system with a protective coating membrane paint application. Upon your acceptance and booking the job we will require a 30% progress payment for materials and supplies to lock in the job for you. Payment terms are *7 days NET on receipt of invoice upon completion for the remaining balance of 70%.
Our preferred payment method is direct deposits, however we do accept credit card payments and will be processed via a third party additional surcharges will apply 1.5%.
